HUBMAO’s takeoff and BOQ service starts at 3,000 THB, priced by building size and drawing complexity. If you decide to build with us, this fee and the deposit are credited back 100% against construction.
The quantity takeoff and BOQ take about 7–14 days depending on the size and complexity of the drawings. Before that there is a 1–2 day initial estimate, and afterwards 3–5 days of value engineering — about 11–21 days in total before signing.
Yes. This service is designed specifically for clients who already have plans. We start with an initial budget estimate from your drawings, then do a full quantity takeoff and BOQ before quoting for construction — and you can use the BOQ to compare prices with other contractors too.
Value engineering means finding ways to reduce cost without reducing the value you want — for example trimming unnecessary quantities, switching some materials to a grade that performs similarly for less, or simplifying details to make construction easier. We present these as options with the price difference so you decide; we never cut the spec on our own.
Yes. Once the service fee is paid, the BOQ belongs to you and you can use it to compare prices with other contractors. The 100% credit of the service fee only applies if you build with us.
It means the takeoff and BOQ fee plus any deposit you paid are deducted in full from the first construction payment if you decide to build with HUBMAO — so the takeoff adds no extra cost at all.
